1 regular or ½ English cucumber or carrot or half of each, shredded and drained
Salt and sugar to taste
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 finely chopped green chili or to taste
Directions
Whisk yogurt in a mixing bowl until smooth. Add all remaining ingredients and stir everything. Let it sit in refrigerator for 30 to 40 minutes before serving.
